Phillip went missing in Randfontein on January 23 at approximately 15.00. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a white check shirt and jeans. He has green-blue eyes, light-brown hair, and is of medium build.
He could be in the Krugersdorp or greater West Rand area.
