Water collection sites revealed – don’t miss out
If you are running low on water, here are a few locations where you can collect water.
Caring Randfontein citizens are rallying to help those in need of water due to the current water supply problem.

CPF chairperson Ruan Sheppard has indicated the various addresses where residents can find water to collect.
Mapogo A Mathamaga will be opening their taps at 73 Beatrice Avenue, behind their office. Sheppard indicated that although the water is drinkable, it may become brown if pumped excessively.
Cast Aways Animal Sanctuary is offering their water sources at 26 Johanna Street, Wilbotsdal. Sheppard mentioned Cast Aways can assist four people at a time since they only have four taps available. He noted that the water is clean.
Residents can also visit 5 Greenhills Avenue, Greenhills, or contact Corleen on 083 564 3949. At this location, residents are allowed 100 litres at a time. Water will be available between 09:00 and 17:00.

Randgate SUPERSPAR will be contributing to the community effort by selling one litre of water for 50c.
Sheppard stated that close to the Traffic Department, water will also be made available to the public.
