Mother’s Union receive certificates of appreciation

The Mother's Union Guilds were awarded a certificate of appreciation by two hospitals after their charitable deeds.

As a sign of appreciation and a good gesture, local hospitals Leratong and Dr Yusuf Dadoo presented the Anglican Church Mother’s Union Guilds with an award.

This follows after a recent outreach by the Mother’s Union Guilds on the West Rand, where dignity packs were donated to local hospitals.

“We do not have enough words to say thank you to the hospitals for allowing us to conduct this outreach programme,” said Mohlakeng St Paul Anglican Church Mother’s Union chairperson, Mathebe Dingalo.

“This is a second annual joint effort from our own pockets to reach out to the destitute as guided by Christian principles,” added Saint John the Divine Anglican Church representative Tsiki Magome.

Tlale Ntsoelengoe, a member of Mohlakeng St Paul Anglican Church, reads the letter of appreciation.

“We would like to thank our members from other Mother’s Union Guilds like Simunye Anglican All Matyrs, Toekomsrus St John and also Mogale City Anglican churches guilds in Kagiso and Krugersdorp,” added Morelebone Tina from Bekkersdal St Mary’s Anglican Church Mother’s Union.
