Koekie Allie and team bring warm meals to Toekomsrus

Feed the Need Soup Kitchen spent its 67 minutes handing out food to the needy in Toekomsrus.

Koekie Allie, founder of the soup kitchen, explained that since they regularly hand out food to the children in the community, they decided that would be their contribution for Mandela Day.

Besides the many people queuing up, two stray dogs also stood in line for a hearty meal.
