Rugby club AGM postponed due to Covid-19

'Due to a rise in Covid-19 infections and the regulations pertaining to gatherings, we have to postpone' – club manager.

Randfontein Rugby Club’s annual general meeting (AGM), which was due to take place in the clubhouse in Greenhills at 7pm on Friday, 22 January has been postponed for an indefinite period due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Lulu Klein, the club manager, confirmed that due to the numbers at these meetings, they do not want to expose the members, players and community to possible infections.

Due to a rise in Covid-19 infections and the regulations pertaining to gatherings laid out by the President on Monday evening, 11 January 2021, we have to postpone the meeting until further notice,” Lulu confirmed.
