Morafe Mothibedi, the first team’s captain, explained, “Both teams played well and we are getting better every day.”

Morafe added that since the club is free to anyone who would like to join, they had to forfeit three of their previous matches, as they did not have the funding to use the fields. The club is also in need of more players as they had to play with only six players against 11 in a previous match, two weeks ago.

Any person who would like to donate to the club can contact the founder and coach, Bongani Duiker, on 083 490 2897.
