Joost pole dancer arrested
Pole dancer Marilize van Emmenis, who appeared in a sex tape with Joost van der Westhuizen, has been arrested over drugs.
The pole dancer who appeared in a sex tape with the ex rugby player Joost van der Westhuizen was arrested on Monday afternoon, police said.
Sinoville police spokesperson Mirna von Benecke said Marilize van Emmenis was taken into custody at her Montana home in the north of Pretoria. Drugs were allegedly found in her possession.
A man arrested in connection with drugs tipped off the police, who arrived at her house in the afternoon and searched the property. The police apparently came across the drug cat, Von Benecke said.
Van Emmenis confirmed in 2009 that van der Westuizen used drugs, specifically cat, with her.
The rugby player has since been diagnosed with motorneuron disease.
