Bronkhorstspruit police bust four men with stash of bank cards and cash.

Bronkhorstspruit police busted four fraudsters with a large stash of bank cards and cash in the early hours of Tuesday morning.

Spokesperson Captain Sarah Mcira said police responded to a complaint of a suspicious vehicle in Church Street at 00:05.

“When the officers approached the car, the driver sped away. The officers gave chase and managed to corner the man at a service station,” she said.

Police escorted the man back to the ATM where they found three other men.”

All four were immediately arrested by the police.

Police found 70 bank cards with PIN codes and R11 880 in cash on them.

Mcira said the four men have all been charged with fraud and are due to appear in court on Tuesday.
