Health MEC recovering after days in hospital
The Gauteng Health MEC was recovering at home after she was discharged from hospital.

Gauteng Health MEC Qedani Mahlangu was discharged from hospital after spending three days at the George Mukhari Hospital this week.
Gauteng department of health spokesperson Steve Mabona said the MEC was discharged on Friday.
“Her consulting doctors were satisfied and convinced by her response to medical treatment and as such, decided to discharge her to recuperate at home.”
Mahlangu was admitted on Wednesday after she complained about her health just before a public meeting with the Gauteng Premier and the Tshwane mayor in Pretoria.
“She is doing very well and feeling much better. We hope that she will be back at work on Tuesday,” Mabona said.
