Tshwane’s fault reporting system down

Residents should note that Tshwane's fault reporting system was down.

The Tshwane metro is experiencing issues with the email and telephone lines to report service interruptions and all general enquiries.

Spokesperson Lindela Mashigo said the technical glitch impacted all the call centre’s communication with customers.

“The customers have been unable to call in or email their queries through since Wednesday. Technicians are hard at work to ensure that the problem is resolved. It is hoped that the system will be in a working order soon.”

Customers are encouraged to visit the nearest walk-in customer centre for enquiries relating to services.
