Two 'cyclists' sustained minor injuries in accidents.

Two ‘cyclists’ were injured in separate accidents in Pretoria at the weekend.

The two ‘cyclists’ were both involved in the accidents on Saturday.

A 25-year-old cyclist collided with a vehicle on Watermeyer street east of Pretoria.

Netcare911 spokesperson Athlenda Mathe said the cyclist sustained moderate injuries, was treated at the scene and was taken to a nearby hospital.

She said police would determine the exact cause of the accident.

“The exact cause of the acceded is subject to police investigation.

In the other accident a motocyclist sustained moderate injuries after colliding with a light motor vehicle on Louis Botha Avenue and Bill Street.

Medics treated the motorcyclist and transported him to the hospital.
