A murdered man was found under his bed, with both legs amputated, in the north of Pretoria earlier this week.
Lafabo Comeso was found by family members in his home in Mogogelo village on Tuesday, according to Temba police.
“The deceased was a foreign national employed by his brother to work in his tuck-shop,” said Loate police spokeperson Captain Samuel Sebola.
On Tuesday evening the brother went to the shop to check on Comeso, but he did not find him in the shop.
“He called Comeso’s phone, but it was switched off,” said Sebola.

“He then called his other brothers to come and help. After they arrived, they broke down the door of the room where Comeso slept and they were confronted by a very bad smell.”
Sebola said the brothers found Comeso under his bed with both his legs missing.
“The victim had also sustained an open wound at the back of his head.”
Sebola said a case docket of murder was opened and an investigation was underway.
