The Rietgat police have launched a manhunt following a business robbery at a liquor store in Soshanguve on Wednesday.
“According to the preliminary investigation, two armed men came into the liquor store pretending to be buying boxes of alcohol and suddenly took out firearms and instructed the employees to the cash office where they ordered them to open a safe and took out an undisclosed amount of money, took cellphones, car keys and fled the scene,” said spokesperson Captain Stephen Maluleka

He said the police would like to call on the community to help with the information that may lead to the apprehension of the two culprits.
