The case of a man accused of shooting a 19-year-old matric learner twice in the head has been postponed until 26 November.
Thabiso Lubisi is accused of murdering Tebogo Sekhula on 4 August.
His case at the Ga-Rankuwa Magistrate’s Court on Friday was postponed to 26 November for further investigations.
He was released on R1 000 bail on 19 August.

Sekhula’s body was found in a veld in Winterveld north of Pretoria with two bullets in her head.
Outside court, Sekhula’s uncle Franse Nakene said her father was not well and felt that the Ga-Rankuwa Magistrate’s Court was failing them.
“He is suffering from depression because of the stress of losing his child to such brutality. He is the one who had to see the child where she was murdered. Every time he passes her bedroom, everything that happened comes back. If possible we would like to change the court,” he said.
What pains them the most is the accused is still out on the streets.

“He is out on bail, his life continues, but our daughter is no more,” said Nakene.
Tebogo’s sister, Faith Sekhula, said she was still in shock that the magistrate asked the alleged murderer if the postponement date was suitable for him.
“How is this possible? As a family we feel very helpless and hurt. We just want justice but they keep on failing us.”
Not in my Name Ga-Rankuwa chairperson Kabelo Theoga said they were very angry about what transpired in court.

“Last week when myself and Tebogo’s uncle went to the police station, we were told that the case has been given to the best detectives they have, but today were were told the case has been postponed for further investigations.”
She added that they feared for their lives.
