Dros rapist to be sentenced
Nicolas Ninow pleaded guilty to two counts of rape and possession of drugs, for which he was found guilty.
The man found guilty of raping a 7-year-old girl at a Dros restaurant will to learn his fate soon.
Nicolas Ninow is expected to appear in the North Gauteng High Court on Wednesday for pre-sentencing arguments.
Ninow admitted to undressing the then 7-year-old victim, forcing his genitals into her mouth and penetrating her vagina with his finger then later attempting to flush her underwear.
He further admitted being in possession of and using a drug commonly referred to as CAT and going to the female bathroom.

He pleaded guilty to two counts of rape and possession of drugs, for which he was found guilty.
He was acquitted on a charge of assault.
