A dentist practice at Savannah Centre, Tanjarine Street in Laudium was robbed on Tuesday afternoon.
According to Constable Simon Chokoe of Laudium SAPS, two males entered the practice. One of the suspects told one of the employees that ‘this is a robbery’.
“It is further alleged that the suspects proceeded to another consulting room, demanding cellphones and money from the victims,” added Chokoe.
A laptop, cellphones, jewellery and an undisclosed amount of money was taken.

The suspects fled the scene. No shots were fired and no arrests have been made.
An eyewitness at the pharmacy said that two male suspects entered the dentist’s premises and was armed with handguns.
“Before the police arrived at the scene, the suspects got into a car and drove off,” the employee said.
