Four detainees escape from Kgoši Mampuru II prison 

The inmate’s names are Morris Tyavana, Medicine Girenzi, Amos Chikwange and Sam Hlungwane. 

Police have launched a manhunt following the escape of four remand detainees at the Kgoši Mampuru II Correctional facility on Saturday.
In a statement the department of correctional services said it was conducting an investigation to establish the circumstances that led to the escape.
The inmate’s names are Morris Tyavana, Medicine Girenzi, Amos Chikwange and Sam Hlungwane.
“Tyavana, Girenzi and Chikwange are Zimbabwean citizens while Hlungwane is South African,” the statement read.
“Their crimes includes theft, armed robbery and house breaking.”
“The Department is appealing to the public to assist with any information that may lead to their re-arrest.”
