Body of missing man found in east mortuary
George Boy Vilakazi was found at the Bronkhorstspruit government mortuary over the weekend.
The body of 61-year-old George Boy Vilakazi was found at the Bronkhorstspruit government mortuary over the weekend.
Vilakazi went missing on July 30 around 14:00, said Silverton police spokesperson Warrant Officer Isaac Mculu.
“He was last seen by his colleagues from Ford motor company at Samcor Park in Silverton where he was employed,” Mculu said earlier.
Mculu confirmed that the body of Vilakazi was found but could not confirm whether his family identified him.
The cause of his death is unknown at this stage.
