Three arrested for north business robbery
Police reacted on information about a Nissan Almera that was used to rob a shop in Nina Park.
Three people were arrested for robbing a retail pawnbroking store in the north on Saturday.
The trio aged between 27 and 40 were found in possession of stolen property.
Police spokesperson Captain Augustine Selepe said police reacted on information about a Nissan Almera that was used to rob a shop in Nina Park.
“Members spotted a vehicle in E’skia Mphahlele Drive towards Pretoria West. Upon searching the vehicle police found suspects in possession of an HP laptop which they had taken from the scene of crime and they were arrested,” she said.
“Three suspects are due to appear in the Pretoria magistrate’s court on Monday, on charges of business robbery.”
