Sinoville cops given certificates of appreciation

“Over the years, sector 1 of the CPF has forged strong ties with the staff at the Sinoville SAPS."

As many South Africans celebrated the Day of Reconciliation last week, selected police officers at the Sinoville police stations were given certificates of appreciation.

The three police officers received their certificates from the management team of the Sinoville sector 1 CPF on Thursday.

CPF’s spokesperson, Stephen Delport, said the certificates were given to Lieutenant-Colonel Nduku, Constable Mashala and admin officer Mamphiska for their dedicated service to the Sinoville community during the year.

“Over the years, sector 1 of the CPF has forged strong ties with the staff at the Sinoville SAPS,” he said.

Delport also told Rekord their main purpose as CPF was to participate in activities which were related to crime prevention in the Sinoville community, adding that they also worked closely with the Sinoville SAPS.

“Sector 1 of the CPF stretches over a large area – from the Magalies mountain in the south to Wonderboom airport in the north, Paul Kruger Street/Lavender Road in the west and Veronica/Jan Bantjies Street in the east,” he said.

Delport further said they urged all residents within the boundaries of the sector 1 CPF to join them and become part of the fight against crime in their beloved community.

The CPF could be reached on 082 641 0010.
