Network issues to Tshwane emergency services persist
MTN customers are urged to use the landline instead of the toll-free number to report an emergency.

MTN users will continue to struggle to get through to the Tshwane metro emergency number, 107, according to the Tshwane EMS.
In a statement, EMS announced that the problem had been resolved for calls from Vodacom, Telkom and Cell C .
The metro previously communicated that calls made from within Pretoria to its 107 toll-free number were not going through.
“At the moment MTN is not yet resolved,” but the department added that it hoped to resolve the problems soon and will provide an update on progress.
To report any emergency:
– Fire or rescue emergency: 012 358 6300/6400
– Medical or ambulance services: 112
