Police need help finding missing man

The 23-year-old man has been missing since Wednesday, 2 August 2023.

Police are requesting the Hebron community’s assistance in locating a 23-year-old man who is residing in Rockville Section, close to Ga-Rankuwa.

According to police spokesperson Lieutenant Colonel Amanda Funani, Tumisang Malandato (23) was reported missing after he left his home on Wednesday, August 2, 2023 at about 16:00 without saying anything.

Funani said “He has not yet returned.”

“A search was conducted by the police, family and community around the neighbourhood without any success.”

She said that at the time of his disappearance, Malandato was wearing a blue Adidas tracksuit top, light blue denim trousers and a pair of yellow sneakers.

“He is tall, with a skinny body and light in complexion, with short hair.”

She said anyone with information regarding Malandato’s whereabouts should contact the Investigating Officer.

The officer, Detective Sergeant Sello Letswalo of Hebron Detectives can be reached on 082 500 5254 or Crime Stop on 08600 10111 while any anonymous tip-offs can be communicated via the MySAPS App.
