Pretoria residents celebrate National Beer Day
Breweries from across the capital hosted National Beer Day events much to the delight of residents in Pretoria.
Pretorians love their beer and now have a special day to commemorate their favourite alcoholic drink.
This weekend saw Pretoria residents coming out in their numbers to enjoy a beer (or two) at various watering holes across the city.
These beer enthusiasts were celebrating National Beer Day, which takes place on the first Saturday of February every year.
Several breweries and bars jumped at the chance to host their own celebrations. Capital Craft Beer Academy in Menlyn, known for its excellent craft beers and quality food, was one such venue, buzzing with beer-drinking fans of all ages.
Thirsty residents enjoyed themselves while tasting different brews of local craft beer and having a splendid time with their friends and family.
