Sosh cops bust three suspects for house robbery and armed robbery

Police have arrested three suspects in connection with two house robberies and an armed robbery in Soshanguve recently.
Out of the three suspects, two were arrested for house robberies and one was arrested for armed robbery, according to police spokesperson Constable Nhlanhla Zondi.
On Thursday, September 15, a person driving a White Nissan NP200 was robbed at gunpoint by two armed men of six boxes and a laptop.
The victim was forced into the back of the robbers’ vehicle (a green Fiat Uno), but managed to notify a security company of what was happening.
They, in turn, notified the police.
“Police responded swiftly and managed to arrest a 25-year-old man,” he said.
The station’s detectives and tracing unit also managed to arrest two men, aged 31 and 26, for house robberies.
“They were arrested for committing house robberies at Block M on August 17 and at Block LKK on August 14,” he said.
