Metro cops bust two at local estate for drug possession in north
The arrests came following a tip-off about drugs being sold at a local estate where police found the suspects packing drugs inside the apartment.
Two suspects were arrested and charged with drug possession by the Tshwane metro police on March 10.
The arrests came following a tip-off about drugs being sold at a local estate where police found the suspects packing drugs inside the apartment.
Drugs found in their possession had an estimated street value of R30 000.
The drug unit members have been on the heels of drug dealers in the north of Pretoria.
Last month, another two suspects were arrested in Pretoria North after they were found in the possession of crystal meth and Cat with an estimated street value of R30 000.
Tshwane metro police spokesperson Senior Superintendent Isaac Mahamba congratulated the team for their success.
The metro police encouraged the public to contact them on 012 358 7095/6 if they have any tip-offs that could lead to criminals’ arrests.
