Centurion se eie Boeremark, Franja du Plessis, Culoe de Song and more all here in the Jacaranda City this weekend.

Centurion se eie Boeremark, April 15

Centurionites, get ready for your very own Boeremark!
The first market of its kind for Centurion will launch this weekend and will take place every Saturday from 07:00 to 15:00. The event boasts the best of Centurion’s farm fresh produce, homemade baked goods, handmade gifts and fresh food.
There will be entertainment for the whole family, such as Scoop-a-coin for the kids at a covered venue at Centurion mall near Entrance 8.
The event has been in the works since early this year, so this one is not to be missed for Centurion residents and beyond.
Franja du Plessis, April 13

Daughter of the legendary Juanita du Plessis, this Pretoria-raised singer has proved she can stand on her own two feet after her debut album, My Verhaal, went platinum soon after its release in 2016.
Franja is a talented songwriter, writing in English and Afrikaans, with several of Juanita du Plessis’ songs being penned by her young daughter.
The Hoërskool Die Wilgers alumnus will be performing at Jitterbugz in Centurion from 20:00.
Andriëtte Norman, April 15

Enjoy the charm, spiciness and surprises that come with the 2007 Idols South Africa runner up as she hits the Jacaranda City.
Andriëtte has released six studio albums since she broke onto the music scene in 2007, and she has yet to slow down with new music in the works.
The show will take place at the Atterbury Theatre from 19:00 on Saturday.
Culoe de Song and more, April 15

Culoe de Song started his career at the young age of 17, becoming one of the youngest ever to participate in the prestigious Red Bull music academy held in Spain in 2008, and he has never slowed down.
Headlining the event, the legendary Culoe will be joined by Aero Manyelo, Greg Nate, Jon S, El Kupa, Breetz, Master Simz, and Josh Mitch.
Vrede, April 14

The rock duo consisting of friends Francois Roux and Storm Opperman built up a huge following in the English market with their group The Stinging Rogers, but with Vrede, the duo has made an impact in the Afrikaans music industry since the launch of its first single last year, “Perspektief”.
The evening is set to be an intimate event at the Café Barcelona in Colbyn and will feature some brand new music by Vrede, as well as some much-loved favourites, from 19:00 to 21:00.
Forever Fleetwood Mac, April 19 at Pierneef theatre

Forever Fleetwood Mac is a one-hour entertainment experience by four of Gauteng’s top musician friends.
Performed by Colé van Dais, Stewart Irving, Wendy Niehaus and Vincent du Chenne, this magical combination of four top artists who appreciate the lyrical and intricate musical arrangements of the most loved soft rock songs and hits by the great Fleetwood Mac, is one not to miss.
