No rain expected this weekend for Pretoria – SA Weather Services

There are no weather alerts for the city, as Pretoria appears to be in for a calmer weekend.

Pretoria residents can look forward to a sunny weekend with mild temperatures but possibly chilly mornings.

This was according to the SA Weather Service (SAWS), which predicted no rain for Pretoria this weekend.

Forecaster Williams Innocent Msimanga said temperatures could reach a high of 28°C on Friday.

“Starting with Friday, there is no warning of any rain,” Msimanga said.

“The day is expected to be warm and sunny.”

Msimanga said on Saturday temperatures were expected to go from a very low 9°C to 25°C also with no chance of rain.

“Sunday no rain is expected, also with a minimum of 9°C and maximum of 23°C.”

According to Vox Weather, a cold front has resulted in a warning for strong winds in Eastern Cape and KwaZulu-Natal.

Locally, the temperature is expected to reach a high of 30°C on Friday with overcast conditions into the weekend.
