Man jumps to his death at Menlyn Maine Residence

A man jumped to his death at the Menlyn Maine Residence in Pretoria East on Thursday.

According to Menlyn Maine Investment Holdings (Proprietary) Limited support systems and counselling have been organised at the facility for those residents and visitors who may need assistance during this time.

An inquest docket has been opened after an individual died at the Menlyn Maine Residence on April 13.

Menlyn Maine Investment Holdings (Proprietary) Limited said in a statement that emergency services were called immediately to the scene once it became apparent to the staff that the man was in distress.

Police could not yet confirm or provide more information on the incident.
