Academic Triumphs for Curro Roodeplaat Matric Class of 2023

On a momentous occasion for the Matric Class of 2023 at Curro Roodeplaat High School, Myralene Fourie achieved academic excellence, securing seven distinctions with an outstanding 91% average. Her accomplishments and role as the head girl emphasise the attainability of a balanced approach to leadership and academics. On top of this, Myralene was in the top 1% of IEB learners for Business Studies and Afrikaans Eerste Additionele Taal.

“We want to celebrate our matric heroes at Curro Roodeplaat, where a commendable 100% pass rate was achieved, with an impressive 83.72% achieving a Bachelor’s degree pass rate. This collective achievement reflects the dedication and hard work of all involved: learners, parents, and teachers. We would also like to acknowledge Duanmari Joubert, who achieved five distinctions, Kristen van Drimmelen, who achieved three distinctions, and every other matriculant who worked hard to achieve their distinctions. Each learner who puts in the extra effort deserves recognition for their commitment to securing bright futures.”
