Friendly, efficient service

A resident writes in to express her gratitude and appreciation for the helpful, friendly service she received at Menlyn Park.

Yesterday I managed to lock my car keys as well as my house keys in my car’s boot.

The parking staff immediately came to my assistance and tried to get a window open, but with a 1996 model it was not possible. As I could not use my cell phone (safely locked in the boot) they called security and a courtesy car and driver was sent.

When I returned later, I found that my parking ticket had expired. A parking attendant took me to the 6th floor and it was sorted out. I experienced only kindness and helpfulness and smiles all round. Menlyn Park can be very proud of its efficient and friendly staff.
