Herewith a letter to congratulate a wonderful car guard and his tremendous service.
Frans van Loggerenberg (56) is a car guard at Mayville Mall.
He is the type if gentleman who would go the extra mile to assist any clients who need parking.
If parking is limited he is prepared to give up his vehicle’s parking.
He is always smiling, very good mannered and will always try and help the elderly or physically disabled.
Through all the seasons of the year he will always be the same.
My family finds him to be a very hard working, sincere and very honest person.
I personally feel the community needs more people like him. In all the six years he has been a guard, no car has been stolen, broken into or tampered with, because he is a very vigilant man and keeps his eyes peeled.
Frans even lets us know when he is off on a certain day of the week and when Checkers Hyper has specials he lets us know.
I therefore wish him well in whatever he decides in his future and hope that other guards learn from him because he is very trustworthy.
