I just want to know if there has been a gathering to thank God for the abundant rain He literally showered us with.
If such an event or gathering has taken place already I apologise.
Towards the end of last year Gauteng was in a crisis with a shortage of water and there was a call to prayer, and the heavens opened.
I believe it is more than right to thank God for blessing us so bountifully.
I believe we should hold “Thank you services” over a period of seven days.
The last service should be held on a Sunday or Saturday and should be broadcast live on television, preferably in a stadium so people from all denominations, backgrounds and beliefs can join in.
