SPORT: Rabada gives fans unlimited experience
The KFC Big Bucket got cricket fans closer to the action at SuperSport Park during Proteas vs Pakistan match.
The KFC Big Bucket got cricket fans closer to Proteas starman Kagiso Rabada during the third KFC T20 international at the SuperSport Park on Wednesday.
Not only did fans get a chance to rub shoulders with their favourite star, but they also ate and watched the action with the 21-year-old fast bowler.
Rabada, who was rested for the T20 series between the Proteas and Pakistan, said he was honoured to watch from the sideline with the fans.

The number-one Test bowler also spoke about his recent loss of form and how he quickly turned his fortunes this series in the shorter format.
“I enjoy getting into the game and doing my thing. I like getting started as quickly as I can,” he said.
Taking the first over is something that I like to do but sometimes I don’t take the first over so in that case, I support other bowlers.”
The man known as ‘KG’ said he was on a right track to regain his form in One Day International (ODI) cricket.
“I always want to be on top of my game but what I learned is that you can’t always play well. There’s always going to be ups and downs. This is another challenge that I’m facing but I’m not too concerned,” he said.

“I tried to find a way, and I’ve always tried to find a way. [My form] is gradually coming together, I’m finally getting better and better. This is another challenge, they say a test is for you to overcome.”
Speaking about the Proteas’ chances of winning the World Cup in England later this year, Rabada said he believed that the team has a chance.
“We can, why not? We just have to do our best and believe we can. I don’t think there’s a team that can go the World Cup believing they can’t win, if so then why go there in the first place?” he said.
KFC marketing manager Qhawe Kazi said the KFC Big Bucket was aimed at getting the fans closer to the action and players
“Our goal with the bucket was to give the fans and consumers first-hand experience and get them involved on the ground,” she said.
