All darts enthusiasts in the area around Pretoria North who are interested in participating in this popular sport on a competitive level now have the opportunity to join a new club.

Serious as well as social players are invited to join the new club, which will be based at Die Skuur, 249 Danie Theron Street in Pretoria North.

To everyone who love playing darts, whether on a social level or on a more competitive level are welcome to join the action on Thursday’s evenings at Die Skuur. The darts action will start at 19:00.

Although the club will initially play on a social basis, the ultimate goal to form a new darts association in the northern parts of Pretoria.

Serious players will have the opportunity to take the game to the next level. Once the new club is established, members will of course also have the opportunity to compete at provincial and even national level if they are good enough. Members will be given the opportunity to represent the new club at Gauteng competitions where top players can also qualify to attend national competitions from Darts South Africa.

The new club will also cater for disabled players with separate wheelchair and standing sections. On Saturday 3 August the new club will host the first Gauteng Disabled Ranking darts competition.
