Sinoville Cricket Club invites prospective players to their open day

The new cricket season is upon us and the Sinoville Cricket Club is hosting their open day this coming Saturday, to expose the public to the goals and vision of the club.

Winter is almost over and with spring coming soon, amateur cricketers can also start looking forward to the new club cricket season ahead.

As the new season will be full of action, Sinoville Cricket Club wants to start training at full strength as soon as possible and the club is hosting their annual Open Day this coming Saturday, 4 September.

The club participates in Northerns Cricket Union’s Premier League tournament and players get top exposure if they represent Sinoville’s teams. Sinoville Cricket Club also has one of the strongest women’s teams in the Northerns Cricket Union’s jurisdiction area.

All interested parties who are invited must meet at the club this coming Saturday morning from 09:00.

Own cricket equipment and gear is essential, while prospective players should also note that all Covid-19 protocols will be maintained.

Players from the age group boys u.16 up to and including the senior men, as well as women’s players are welcome to join in the action and fun on the day.

This open day promises to be a day full of fun and action, while big prizes can also be won as part of a fundraising campaign. The club is located at 191 Matlabas Street, Sinoville, Pretoria.
