Paws in the Park fun run at Lake Umuzi

Paws in the Park is hosting an animal fun run on 23 April in support of Little Paws Big Heart Secunda.

You can either enter the 2km or the 4km run.

It will begin on the south bank of Lake Umuzi, Makoro, and registration is at 8am.

The run begins at 10am.

The race fee per dog is R30 for the 2km and R40 for the 4km.

There will be lots of fun activities and prizes to be won.

Laerskool Secunda’s drum majorettes will perform and there will be a 4×4 exhibition, a model competition hosted by Alla Modelling and Beauty, food stalls, a craft exhibition and a photo booth.

A dog show will also be held which will include a puppy parade, the coolest trick, the most obedient, look alike and the smallest and biggest dog.

Entry fee is R20 per category.

Entry is free on the Mokoro side of the waterfront.
