Bethallers seek change
Bethal residents are adamant to find practical solutions to complex issues.

BETHAL – DA councillors and members of the community held a meeting and established a steering committee on Thursday, 4 December.
Disgruntled with the standard of services they have been receiving from the Govan Mbeki Municipality, this committee will meet once a month to outline their grievances and seek constructive methods to mould and shape the community for the better.
Bethal residents are adamant to find practical solutions to complex issues.
Constant electricity outages, poor water supply, non-functioning street lights and potholes in most streets are on their to-do list that need be addressed.
Ms Michelle Viljoen, chairman of the committee, scheduled the meetings as follow at the Dutch Reformed Church West Commune :
* 28 January at 6.30pm.
* 28 February at 6.30pm.
* 30 September at 6.30pm.
* October 28. 6.30pm.
* November 25. 6.30pm.
