Dates set for public budget consultation
Govan Mbeki Municipal residents can make input.
HIGHVELD – Govan Mbeki Municipality invites residents to budget consultation meetings that will be held in various towns from 13 to 21 May.
Ms Lindi Masina, executive mayor, and members of the mayoral committee, the Speaker and municipal officials will address people.
The meetings will be held as follow:
* eMzinoni Extension 22 and 23 Ground, Kinross Extension 25 Municipal Office and Pastor Seake Church in eMbalenhle Extension 11 at 4pm on 14 May.
* Kinross Sasol Club at 5pm, Kinross Golf Club at 5.30pm and Raymond Mavuso Community Hall at 4.30pm on 15 May.
* eMbalenhle Gate 6 Extension 22 at 4pm, Leandra Thusong Centre at 5pm and Gert Sibande FET College at 5.30pm on 16 May.
* Vukuzithathe Primary School, Open space next to Chris Hani Cemetery and KI Thwala Secondary School at 4pm on 10 May.
* Charl Cilliers at 4pm, Lilian Ngoyi Centre and Bethal Town Hall at 5.30pm on 20 May.
* eMzinoni Basil Read Ground, Difa Nkosi Community Hall in Lebohang and RDP Community Hall at 4pm on 21 May.
