eMbalenhle residents demand that Govan Mbeki Municipality prioritise the buying of land in order to allocate stands to people who need them.

This is what residents told Ms Lindi Masina, executive mayor, during the first session of the Integrated Development Plan (IDP) 2014/2015 review meeting at the Healing Centered Ministries last night.

They also said the township is overcrowded resulting in people being forced to occupy land illegally in other towns such as Kinross and Lebohang.
