Police vehicle in an accident
A case of reckless and negligent driving was opened.
A police vehicle was involved in a collision in Kosmospark on 12 June.
The police officer, who was driving the state vehicle, was on duty when the incident occurred.
According to Lt Fanie Nhlabathi, communications officer of the Standerton Police, Const Mbalekelwa Sithole drove towards the left as if he was going to turn left.
“He immediately made a u-turn in the middle of the road,” Lt Nhlabathi said.
