Giant tree blocks the road
Residents were subsequently left in the dark.
A giant tree fell from someone’s yard and blocked the road in Kerk Street on Sunday 10 August.
Motorists had difficulty negotiating the road after the incident occurred.
Residents were subsequently left in the dark because it took out some electric cables while falling.
