Man stabbed and hit with rock
As he was leaving the tavern, the attacker followed him and stabbed him.
A man was recently assaulted by a man, known to him, in Ext 4.
The complainant claimed that he sustained serious injuries to his head as a result of the attack.
He said the attacker stabbed him and hit him with a rock.
According to the complainant, the attacker asked him for R50 while he was in a tavern earlier that evening.
The complainant said the attacker grabbed him and searched him, but he managed to escape.
He said the attacker said he owed him R50.
As he was leaving the tavern later that evening, the assailant followed him and stabbed him from behind.
He said he then hit him with a rock and he fell to the ground.
According to the complainant the suspect fled the scene after he fell.
The police are looking for a suspect, known as Dlomo.
The suspect resides in Ext 4 in Sakhile.
