eMba parents concerned about gangs
Gangs say today will be a bloodbath.

eMBALENHLE – Local women told the eMbalenhle Police Management that gangs threatened that this Friday would be a bloodbath.
They asked the police to intervene and to come up with a solution to the matter.
Capt Mangonseni Nkosi, police spokesman, said they have taken note of the parents’ concerns.
He said the police will increase patrols in the area and the Public Order Police will also help out.
“We also have outreaches at the affected schools to bring awareness over the matter.”
However parents said they were not satisfied with the police’s promises and said they fear for their children because the gangs have threatened them.
“The police must stop making promises and take action.
“We do no want the gang fights to involve adults, because it might turn ugly,” said a resident.
