Attempted murder case finalised
They claimed that Dlamini stole a water meter from their house.

Philani Mavundla and Phumzile Gwebu were sentenced in the Standerton Regional Court on 9 September to three years imprisonment, suspended for five years, on condition that they do not commit the same offence.
According to the Sakhile Police, a case was opened on 28 February, when Siyabonga Dlamini was hit by a car twice.
The culprits apparently tried to run over Dlamini, because they believed he was stealing a water meter from their house.
A case of attempted murder was opened after the complainant reported it.
According to the police the culprits tried several times to convince him to withdraw the charge, but he did not.
