eMBALENHLE – The body of Mr Xolani Mthembu (28) was found at Welamlambi River on Sunday, 25 October.

It was noticed by a passersby who alerted the police.

The police and divers were summoned to the scene.

Mr Mthembu sustained an injury above the left eye.

The police arrested a 22-year-old man.

Capt Magoseni Nkosi, police spokesman, said the police established that Mr Mthembu had an argument with the suspect.

He was last seen on Saturday by a friend after the argument.
