Man assaulted with beer bottle
The complainant claimed the security guard punched and pushed him
A man recently sustained injuries when he was attacked in a tavern in Sakhile.
According to him, a man known to him, told the security guard at the door not to allow him entry to the tavern.
He said he asked the security guard why he was not allowed to get inside, but he did not answer.
The complainant claimed the security guard punched and pushed him.
He said more security guards began hitting him as well.
“The man, known to me, hit me with a beer bottle and I fell to the ground.”
He said he later saw an ambulance that took him to hospital.
The complainant reported the matter to the police and requested them to investigate.
The Sakhile Police are investigating the case.
