BETHAL – Pupils from MD Coovadia Combined School recently participated in the Eisteddfod at Hoërskool Hoogenhout and excelled.
Thobi Vilakazi, Kayelethu Skosna and Mavhungu Rasekhwela were the category winners in Afrikaans and English.
Altogether 31 pupils took part in the English category and 22 in the Afrikaans category.
The school obtained 82 per cent in both categories.
The teachers thanked Dames 1000 for the opportunity and Hoërskool Hoogenhout for donating the certificates.
