UPDATE
Police found another body.
The body of a woman was found lying behind Kinross Primary School.
The woman was apparently the deceased man’s neighbour.
Capt Philemon Matlal, from Kinross Police Station said the woman was strangled.
The policce are investigating both cases.
KINROSS – The body of a man was found behind the Devethos Tavern in Ext 25 at around 10am this morning, 29 November.
The man was apparently well-known in the community and his body was found by young boys .
They at first thought he was asleep, but were surprised when they saw he was half naked and they reported it to the adults.
The man had only a shirt and socks on.
His shoes were found 300 metres away.
He was apparently a maintenance operator at the Bosjesspruit Mine.
The police have not yet released his name or the cause of death.
Nobody has been arrested yet.
