eMBALENHLE – A 48-year-old woman was arrested after the brutal murder of her boyfriend in Extension 22.

The woman phoned the police and told them that when the 36-year-old man arrived home, he was covered in blood and collapsed.

The police searched the house and found a knife with blood on it.

Capt Magonseni Nkosi said household appliances were scattered all over the house.

“There were signs of a struggle in the house and we suspected foul play.

“We took the woman to the station for questioning and arrested her.”
