The Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) is still waiting for a response from the Lekwa Municipality.
They marched and submitted a memorandum with a list of their demands on 29 January and demanded a response within seven working days.
According to Ms Ouma Solontsi, EFF Lekwa convener, they have not heard from the municipality.
She said the municipality has until 9 February to respond.
